As a small business, we endeavor to please our customers and exceed your expectations. However, as a small business, we must also have expectations of our own to remain profitable. If you have any questions or concerns about any of these terms and conditions, please notify us. We will be happy to discuss with you.
As a small business, we strive to keep our shipping costs low so we may pass those savings on to our customers. With that in mind, we expect that you will understand why it is important to maintain strict guidelines for returns.
We retain the rights to the "York and Mill" and "Three Bees" names and images of our products. No other uses are permitted.
We do not sell our customer information.
You may choose to remove your name from our mailing list or remind text at any time.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us immediately. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy. If you are unsure of a scent, please order samples. We have trial sizes of all of our bath and body products, as well as our wax products.

If you chose to cancel your order after it ships, you will be responsible for the order's return. You will be refunded the original amount upon our receipt of the order in its original, unopened packaging.
Upon receipt of your item, should the need arise for you to return your item(s), you will have ten days to notify us of your return.
Products must be returned in the state in which you received it. All items must be factory sealed to be returnable, and items must ship for return within seven days of notification.
If you receive the wrong item or items arrived damaged, please include a picture of the packaging and the item.
